Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are generally 3–5 business days after an order has been processed and shipped. Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, high shipment volumes, or regional service interruptions.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Tracking information may be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow additional time for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Nuvana is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. We are not liable for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nuvana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests for address changes, cancellations, or order modifications must be submitted promptly after placing an order. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, changes may not be possible.
